You know those days that feel more amazing than any other day? The days that the sun is shining or you are welcoming the rain…The days that you feel secure in yourself and the decisions you are making in life…The days that you feel calm and collected? What if I told you they can happen more often than not? Everyone has their own version of a magical day. At the heart and foundation of a Wild Vibrant Woman’s magical day are beautiful rituals that start the day off on high vibrations. Each of these rituals are simple and sustainable ways to invite positive and intentional living your way and it is possible to do each them every morning.

Email + Phone Delay

Life is busy and it can wait. Give yourself a good 30 minutes to an hour (if not more) to settle into your day. Emails and scrolling through your phone can be a huge distraction from the precious morning moments of dropping in, setting intentions and starting your day off clearly.

Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude is the beautiful practice of being thankful and appreciating. Women who live in gratitude often have an overall sense of abundance, happiness and goodness in their lives, and find themselves seeing and appreciating the small things in life.  Before opening your eyes, take a few deep conscious breaths. If you fall back to sleep easily gently flutter your eyes open. Take a few moments to think of what and or who you are a grateful for. As you stand up speak the words,  “Thank you” in deep reverence for your life as it is today and the goodness to come.

Set an Intention

Before you start thinking about what is on your to do list, take a few moments to set an intention for the day. It could be anything from being more present in each moment, to being more kind to yourself, to being seeing the goodness and magic around you.

Mindful Movement

Get your mind and body ready for the day ahead. Sun salutations or super gentle stretching gently wakes up the body, gets the blood flowing and gets your mind and body in gear for a good positive start to the day.

Digestive Flow

Wake up your beautiful inner working with warm water and lemon.Lemon juice is a digestive aid and helps in gently cleansing the liver. Lemons are packed with vitamin c as well.
